Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Bay City Public Schools, School District City of Bay City, Bay and Saginaw Counties will hold a SPECIAL BOARD MEETING beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2020.

The meeting will be held electronically as Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-154 allows electronic participation through the COVID-19 Pandemic state of emergency or state of disaster and 28 days thereafter and Executive Order 2020-177 which declared the COVID-19 pandemic constituting a disaster and emergency throughout the State effective through October 1, 2020; further Executive Order 2020-176 limits indoor gatherings or events of participants from not within the same household to not exceed 10 people and an outdoor gathering or event not to exceed 100 people.  Bay City Public Schools Board of Education will meet electronically to conduct district business during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

BCPS Nutrition Services will be distributing school meals to its students from designated pickup locations.

Meal Distribution Information

  • Any child 0 – 18 may receive meals
  • Students do not need to be present when picking up meals
  • All meals are FREE
  • These meals are for children only – no adults can receive meals
