Free meals will be made available to children 18 years of age and under or disabled persons, regardless of age, who are determined by the State or local public educational agency to be mentally or physically disabled, and who participate in a public or private non-profit school program established for the mentally or physically disabled. The meals will be provided without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap. Meals will be provided on dates and at times as indicated below.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. In addition to all students eating free, the district asks every household to complete the EBF - Educational Benefit Form. This will identify families that qualify for free/reduced meal status.
By qualifying, families could be eligible for Summer Sun Bucks as well as additional reduced costs for student testing and other services. It is critical for determining the amount of money received by the district for a variety of State and Federal supplemental programs that benefit students.
