As a reminder, all services with Blue Cross Blue Shield, ADN Dental & Vision, Reliance, and Unum will end on December 31, 2023.
Employees who chose to elect benefits on the MESSA portal during Open Enrollment should have received information regarding their new coverage. MESSA Member Service Center will be able to assist you with any questions at 1-800-336-0013.

MESSA Medical, Dental, & Vision cards
There is not an ID card for Delta Dental of Michigan. You will give your provider: the full ssn of the enrollee, OR the last 4 digits of the ssn, and the enrollee's name & date or birth.
Vision (VSP) only issues cards when a subscriber does not have medical coverage through MESSA. If you are a vision-only member, you will get a card and can use that with your vision providers.
If you have medical coverage with MESSA, you will not receive a vision card. Your provider may locate your policy guidelines and benefits by contacting VSP and providing the full ssn of the enrollee or the last 4 digits of the ssn and the enrollee's name & date of birth.
